Requirements

• Several years of experience in graphic, digital, or multimedia design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere)
• Solid motion graphics portfolio
• Hands-on experience with Meta/Google ad creative formats and best practices
• Ability to manage projects independently and communicate clearly with stakeholders

• Design static and animated creatives for ads across various placements
• Optimize ad creatives based on performance insights
• Produce motion graphics for brand videos, social content, and digital campaigns
• Create storyboards and execute end-to-end motion design workflows
• Develop visuals for social posts, short-form video graphics, IG Stories, thumbnails
