💼 About This Role

You'll lead enterprise customers through problem discovery, solution scoping, and deployment of AI agents for retail cashflow automation. You'll drive measurable value and shape the deployment playbook as a founding team member.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discovery sessions to map customer workflows and pain points.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear technical requirements.
• Design and configure AI solutions with engineering and customers.
• Manage deployment from configuration through post-launch iteration.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of customer discovery in ambiguous environments.
• Strong technical+systems intuition to reason about integrations and data flows.
• Experience operating inside complex enterprise systems (CPG/retail a plus).
• Excellent customer-facing communication with executive stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical background (computer science, engineering).
• Experience with EDI, ERP, or CPG ecosystems.
• Experience in a solutions engineering or FDE organization at an early-stage startup.
