You will lead design for the Pay Ecosystem domain, tackling complex challenges in global payroll to help businesses pay anyone, anywhere. As an IC leader, you'll drive design excellence, mentor team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Exemplary experience designing, evolving, and innovating user interfaces for enterprise users
• Impeccable portfolio showcasing holistic, scalable systems with masterful visual and interaction design
• Masterful communication skills with fluent written and spoken English
• Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with autonomous ownership of complex domains
• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions for industries like HRTech or FinTech (preferred)

• Lead all design for your domain, making strategic and user-experience decisions for core features
• Drive initiatives focused on future functionality
• Increase team maturity through mentoring, giving and soliciting feedback
