Description

You'll lead our product development team, driving AI integration across our core payroll products and SDLC. You'll transform DevOps and QA into strategic partners, ensuring high performance and availability while championing innovative AI features.

Requirements

• Masters or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience managing people and tech stacks
• Proven ability to lead organizational changes in DevOps and QA
• Prior experience in AI-native product development using AWS services (Bedrock, Agent Core, etc.)
• Strong communication skills with cross-functional peers and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Align teams to focus on new AI-native features and business goals
• Own functional area vision including platform and product in partnership with product managers
• Elevate engineering practices to be AI-native, guiding adoption of AI tools and methodologies
• Lead transformation of shared services groups (DevOps, QA) to be strategic partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies and act as technical consultant for the company
