You'll design and optimize conversational data workflows that integrate into the global sales lifecycle for Okta's Sales Process Systems team. You'll operationalize sales methodology, validate deal stages, and provide business insights to leadership. This role directly influences how the field team scales efficiently.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design CI workflows to reinforce sales methodology and validate deal stages.
- Define standard processes for Sales, Pre-Sales, and XDR teams.
- Establish procedural requirements for handoff lifecycle management.
- Partner with Analytics teams to turn conversational data into business intelligence.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Field Process Design.
- Proven ability to build and scale sales workflows that integrate with technical infrastructure.
- Expert-level ability to represent Field and Ops needs to technical teams.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and ability to translate into operational steps.

- High-level familiarity with CI tools like Gong.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Background in systems thinking and optimization.
