🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise month-end close and financial statement preparation
• Train and mentor accounting staff on GAAP and workflows
• Participate in client meetings to present financial insights
• Manage workflow and deadlines across multiple engagements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of US Accounting experience
• 3+ years in Accounting Manager/Director role
• Strong US GAAP understanding and application
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and cloud-accounting fluency

• CPA or CMA certification
• Experience in construction, nonprofit, or government contracting
• Experience leading distributed teams
