You'll own one of our core product pillars at Polarsteps, a travel app with 20M+ users, working on early-stage propositions to reach product-market fit. You'll translate big ideas into testable stories, balancing day-to-day optimization with bold user-first innovations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product initiatives end-to-end across cross-functional teams
• Prioritize high-impact ideas and validate assumptions with data
• Translate complex topics into small, testable user stories
• Facilitate agile rituals like retrospectives and standups

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Manager experience at a technology company
• Experience working on app-first consumer products
• Strong ability to translate vision into tangible features
• Solid understanding of UX/UI and app experience
