You'll serve as a core member of the Compensation team, helping to build a world-class compensation program at Brex. Your work will directly shape pay parity and competitive pay across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to lead compensation strategy at a fast-growing fintech company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and articulate Brex's total rewards strategy and long-term vision
- Manage compensation programs, including benchmarking and surveys
- Oversee annual merit cycle to ensure pay parity and competitive pay
- Promote understanding of compensation philosophies across all levels
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience in Compensation administration
- Exceptional attention to detail and prioritization skills
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity
