You'll serve as a core member of the Compensation team, helping to build a world-class compensation program at Brex. Your work will directly shape pay parity and competitive pay across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to lead compensation strategy at a fast-growing fintech company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and articulate Brex's total rewards strategy and long-term vision
  • Manage compensation programs, including benchmarking and surveys
  • Oversee annual merit cycle to ensure pay parity and competitive pay
  • Promote understanding of compensation philosophies across all levels

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of work experience in Compensation administration
  • Exceptional attention to detail and prioritization skills
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
