Description

You will lead the IT and DevOps strategy, manage cloud infrastructure (AWS), and ensure security compliance while scaling our molecular diagnostics company. You'll oversee networking, infrastructure, and IT projects that directly support life-changing prenatal and cancer diagnostics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field; Master's preferred
• 8+ years IT experience with 3+ years in managerial role
• Extensive experience with networking, infrastructure, and AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC)
• Strong knowledge of server/storage systems, virtualization, and data centers
• Experience with IT security protocols and compliance (SOC 2 preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company scaling goals
• Lead IT team and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS) as a service
• Ensure network reliability, security, and performance
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Oversee IT security compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2) and conduct regular audits
