💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Technical Operations Center ensuring stability of global live game services. You'll act as primary escalation point, coordinate incident response, and partner with Infrastructure, SRE, and Development teams to drive operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead incident response and service restoration across global game platforms.
• Act as primary technical escalation point for TOC team.
• Partner with Infrastructure, SRE, and Development teams to improve observability and reliability.
• Refine and champion TOC Standard Operating Procedures and Runbooks.
• Mentor and coach junior TOC engineers.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Tech Ops, SRE, or NOC environments with 2+ years leading incident management.
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS and advanced administration in Linux and Windows.
• Deep hands-on experience with VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
• Deep familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Pulumi.
• Expertise in networking protocols and firewall permissions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting AAA game development or publishing infrastructure.
• Experience integrating monitoring platforms (Splunk, Datadog, Grafana) with incident management systems (PagerDuty, Opsgenie).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
