💼 About This Role

You'll build and maintain the data infrastructure for our People Analytics team, owning the full data lifecycle. You'll transform raw HR data into reliable, analytics-ready datasets that empower strategic workforce decisions. This role is central to a defense tech company leveraging cutting-edge AI for military systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build robust ETL/ELT pipelines for people data.
• Develop scalable data models and schemas for analytics.
• Partner with analysts to translate needs into data solutions.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot pipeline issues.
• Implement data security measures and ensure compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering.
• Expert-level SQL for complex data manipulation.
• Advanced Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with cloud data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
• Hands-on ETL/ELT with dbt, Airflow, or similar tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Apache Spark or Flink.
• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry or SQLMesh.
• Relevant professional certifications.
