You'll build scalable, fully automated, enterprise-grade reporting across Operations, Growth, Compliance, Health Plan, Risk Adjustment, and Clinical Quality. Core impact: enabling data-driven decisions through dashboards and analytics. This role offers the opportunity to set the technical bar and mentor other analysts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build scalable automated enterprise reporting across multiple domains
• Use SQL and reporting tools to answer ad-hoc data questions
• Design ETL processes to establish clean Data Marts
• Own data quality through tests, code reviews, and documentation
• Develop business logic for KPIs and regulatory submissions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with healthcare data
• Highly proficient coding in SQL
• Understanding of healthcare data ontologies like CPT, HCC, ICD-10
• Experience developing longitudinal patient analyses with complex clinical logic

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Epic Clarity reporting tools
• Experience with Databricks, Python, or Airflow
• Experience in value-based care or PACE environment
