πΌ About This Role
You'll lead system engineering execution for the gasoline Range Extender system powering Scout's upcoming SUV and pickup. Your work will directly impact vehicle cost, mass, and performance from concept to production. This role offers the chance to build an iconic American brand from the ground up.
π― What You'll Do
- Own full system engineering execution for the Harvester Range Extender system.
- Ensure DREs and validation engineers release work products on-time.
- Track and report system imperatives including cost, mass, and investment.
- Lead critical action plans for technical and timing risks.
π Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
- 4+ years managing complex multi-disciplinary engineering projects from concept to production.
- Experience with project/program management tools such as Gantt charts.
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional environment with purchasing, manufacturing, etc.

- Experience with design release of Powertrain components and systems.
- Experience with internal combustion engine controls and calibration.
