- Define product marketing strategy for new B2C products
- Lead cross-functional teams for growth initiatives
- Optimize full-funnel performance across acquisition and retention
- Conduct market, user, and competitor research
๐ Requirements
- 5โ7+ years in product marketing or growth marketing for B2C digital products
- Proven ability to impact revenue, conversion, retention, and LTV
- Strong expertise in segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Solid understanding of performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok)

- Experience with A/B testing and CRO
- Leadership in cross-functional or matrix organizations
