💼 About This Role

You'll lead property strategy and facilities operations for a pharmaceutical site, ensuring compliance with MHRA and GDP standards. Your work directly supports the growth of a fast-scaling healthcare business. You'll take full ownership of lease management and site safety.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage all property leases, rent reviews, and service charges
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations including HVAC and security
• Lead health & safety and regulatory compliance for the site
• Manage estates and facilities budgets and supplier contracts

📋 Requirements

• 5-10+ years in senior estates or facilities management
• Strong commercial property and lease management expertise
• Proven experience managing landlord relationships and contracts
• Solid understanding of health & safety and compliance frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• IOSh / NEBOSH certification
• Experience in regulated pharma or healthcare environments
