💼 About This Role

You'll support clinical site monitoring in a training and development role, gaining exposure to all aspects of site management for full-service studies. You'll help drive recruitment and compliance through remote data review and site visits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct and document remote and onsite site visits.
• Perform remote data review and support data query closure.
• Support Risk Based Monitoring and TMF review.
• Assist with site identification and recruitment activities.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of a college diploma/degree.
• 1-3 years of related clinical research experience.
• Self-motivation with strong communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• SoCRA, CCRA, or ACRP certification.
• Dutch language skills for Flemish sites.
