Description

You will provide exceptional IT support to both local and remote staff, with a focus on root cause analysis, and act as the primary IT support contact for the Commercial field team. This role involves managing service desk requests, troubleshooting hardware/software on Windows and MacOS, onboarding new staff, and supporting conference room A/V systems.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support role including help desk and desktop support
  • 2+ years experience with M365 apps, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom web conferencing
  • 1+ years experience with Commercial business applications such as Veeva and Salesforce
  • Experience working in biotech/pharmaceutical life science industry preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional IT support to local and remote staff with emphasis on root cause analysis
  • Manage and resolve requests from the IT service desk queue with urgency
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues on Windows and MacOS devices
  • Prepare and deploy new computers including imaging, configuration, and application installation
  • Support conference room A/V systems and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
