You'll join Airwallex's global legal team to handle regulatory matters across the Americas, advising on payments and financial services regulations. You'll play a key role in scaling our licensing and compliance operations while shaping regional regulatory strategy. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on regulatory legal issues for the Americas region
• Monitor and influence payments regulation trends
• Partner with compliance teams on licensing obligations
• Support new market entry and product expansion initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant legal experience
• Qualified lawyer in relevant jurisdiction
• Expertise in payments and financial services regulation
• Experience with money transmission and licensing

• Familiarity with AI tools for legal efficiency
