• Lead sales floor and oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to team members.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.
• Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels and visual standards.

📋 Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in specialty retail.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
