You'll identify and eliminate waste through process improvement in fulfillment centers, supporting daily warehouse operations and continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop margin improvement and technical innovation opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to eliminate waste in warehouse processes
• Create and improve standard operating procedures to boost efficiency
• Lead design and development for unit operations and equipment improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on margin improvement and innovation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical/scientific discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering experience in continuous improvement
• Proficiency with CAD software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

✨ Nice to Have

• Six Sigma certification
• Experience with large capital projects
• Familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting
