🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead by example in guest interactions and service behaviors.
• Support front and back of house operations.
• Provide consultations and perform all salon services.
• Act as manager-on-duty and coach team members.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in customer-facing environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
