💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a technical authority for assembly, integration, and testing of liquid rocket engine hardware, supporting rapid iteration from development to production. You'll lead hands-on integrations of complex assemblies and own test facility readiness and continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead hands-on integration of large and small precision assemblies.
• Define and enforce aerospace integration practices and tooling.
• Own readiness and continuous improvement of test facilities.
• Troubleshoot cross-disciplinary issues and lead root-cause analysis.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 15+ years in production, mechanical, manufacturing, integration, or test environments.

• Experience in aerospace or high-reliability environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with propulsion system integration.
• Familiarity with GOx, liquid propellant, and cryogenic systems.
