💼 About This Role

You'll join Axiom's bench of vetted paralegals for temporary secondments at top F100 clients in Chicago. You'll assist legal teams with corporate governance documents, filings, and compliance. This engagement-based role offers flexible work arrangements and professional development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and review corporate governance documents including board resolutions and bylaws
• Conduct research on legal and regulatory requirements for compliance
• Maintain and update corporate records such as board minutes and shareholder records
• Assist with preparation and filing of annual reports, proxy statements, and SEC filings

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of corporate governance experience as a paralegal in a large corporate in-house environment
• Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices
• Familiarity with corporate filings, SEC regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proficient in legal research tools and databases
