๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Create, assign, and monitor work orders using T3 platform
- Coordinate and supervise quality performance of service personnel
- Schedule repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment
- Maintain customer relationships and resolve inquiries promptly
๐ Requirements
- 3 years of maintenance and service experience
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move freely
โจ Nice to Have
- Trade school certificate preferred
- Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
- Experience leading maintenance teams preferred
