You'll lead a team of heavy equipment maintenance technicians at a rental facility, using our T3 platform to create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, and diagnose issues. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Create, assign, and monitor work orders using T3 platform
• Coordinate and supervise quality performance of service personnel
• Schedule repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve inquiries promptly

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of maintenance and service experience
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move freely

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• Experience leading maintenance teams preferred
