You'll be the founding sales ops hire at Sift, connecting the GTM tech stack to business outcomes for a company powering data infrastructure for hardware engineering teams. Your work will drive top-line revenue, predictability, and efficiency as a strategy partner with GTM Engineering on AI-driven solutions. This role offers the chance to build processes from scratch at a high-growth startup backed by former SpaceX engineers.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage CRM and its customizations as the company scales
  • Own the sales tech stack and integrate with marketing and legal tools
  • Partner with GTM Engineering to drive AI-driven GTM outcomes
  • Work with finance on revenue reporting and quarterly close

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce as a platform including data models and integration patterns
  • Experience working with sales leadership to implement new GTM initiatives
  • Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, finance, IT, and legal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in designing data flows and reporting structures for operational decisions
