💼 About This Role

You'll operate and tune an agentic data quality pipeline for a fast-growing tech company, ensuring reliable execution and expansion. You'll own the handoff between automated detection and offshore resolution, improving coverage and precision.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and troubleshoot production pipeline runs in Claude and tmux
• Refine detection rules and confidence thresholds based on output analysis
• Manage Sentinel-to-offshore resolution queue and quality monitoring
• Design AI-assisted enrichment workflows with audit controls

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years in Data Ops, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops with data quality ownership
• Proficiency with Snowflake (SQL for querying and validation)
• Working experience with Claude Code or comparable LLM-based tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with vendor evaluation and bake-offs
• Knowledge of hierarchy mapping and enterprise account data
