Description

You will provide end-to-end technical support for corporate users in a fast-paced enterprise environment, handling day-to-day issue resolution, ticket management, and device lifecycle support while collaborating with global IT teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux troubleshooting
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Request, Change, Asset)
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot and device lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of networking basics (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, printers, peripherals)

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for Windows, macOS, and Linux systems
  • Resolve hardware, software, OS, and enterprise application issues
  • Support device provisioning and troubleshooting using Windows Autopilot
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents in ServiceNow with SLA adherence
  • Coordinate with global IT teams and escalate issues to resolution
