You'll serve as the primary project management contact for life sciences clients, owning timelines and risk communication. You'll drive delivery excellence across complex, multi-disciplinary engagements while building trusted client relationships. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own timelines, deliverable tracking, and risk communication for life sciences clients.
• Lead client-facing status meetings and steering committee check-ins.
• Manage full project lifecycle using Jira and Smartsheet.
• Develop and maintain resource and risk plans, flag scope changes.

📋 Requirements

• 6–8 years of project management in consulting, SaaS, or life sciences.
• Proven track record managing external client relationships as primary point of contact.
• Proficiency in Jira, Smartsheet, or other PM tools.
• Fluency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall frameworks.

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP or CSM certification.
• Exposure to commercial operations in biotech or pharma.
• Experience with AI/ML product governance or data privacy frameworks.
