You'll lead the consultative delivery and deployment of Verint WEM solutions for a leading cloud contact center software provider. Your work directly impacts customer experience and operational efficiency for enterprise clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement Verint AQM, Speech Analytics, and Quality Monitoring solutions
• Train customers on Verint WEM applications and best practices
• Communicate project plans and status to stakeholders
• Mitigate project risks and ensure customer success

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of Verint WEM implementation experience
• 3 years as an application consultant for Verint AQM or Speech Analytics
• Knowledge of SaaS, Networking, CRM, and Call Center practices
• Willingness to travel up to 70% including international

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NICE, CSI, Calabrio, or Aspect Monet
• Verint DPA cloud certifications
• Exposure to Performance Management or Text Analytics
