💼 About This Role

You'll implement behavior intervention plans as an RBT, helping children with autism in a supportive clinic environment. You'll collaborate with a dedicated BCBA and team while enjoying guaranteed hours and comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on an iPad on patient progress and behavior.
• Build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to review and update intervention plans.

📋 Requirements

• Available Monday–Friday 7:45am–4:30pm.
• Experience and passion for working with children.
• Willingness to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit on floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move quickly in response to patient needs.

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
• Psychology degree helpful.
• Prior experience as RBT or in childcare, teaching, or therapy roles.
