💼 About This Role

You'll source and evaluate private market investments at a purpose-driven RIA. You'll own deal flow and support portfolio companies. Lenora Capital is Brighton Jones' private investment team with over $30B assets under advisement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive investment projects with autonomy and ownership.
• Source, track, and manage deal flow across private markets.
• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence.
• Collaborate on Investment Committee materials and portfolio updates.

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years in investment banking, private equity, or VC.
• Foundational knowledge of the investment industry.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

✨ Nice to Have

• Series 65, CAIA, or CFA charter candidate.
• Undergraduate degree required.
• Client-facing experience not required.
