🎯 What You'll Do

  • Evaluate, negotiate, structure, and close business transactions.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases for new opportunities.
  • Lead assessment of M&A targets and strategic fit analysis.
  • Manage select business relationships and licensing alliances.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of business experience or MBA with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Significant expertise in project management and contract negotiation.
  • Technical acumen in biology/genomics/NGS and oncology or molecular diagnostics.
  • Strong business, negotiation, and analytical decision-making skills.
