🎯 What You'll Do
- Evaluate, negotiate, structure, and close business transactions.
- Develop comprehensive business cases for new opportunities.
- Lead assessment of M&A targets and strategic fit analysis.
- Manage select business relationships and licensing alliances.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of business experience or MBA with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Significant expertise in project management and contract negotiation.
- Technical acumen in biology/genomics/NGS and oncology or molecular diagnostics.
- Strong business, negotiation, and analytical decision-making skills.
