Description
As a Technical Account Manager at Netskope, you'll drive customer success by partnering with organizations to realize the full value of our cloud security platform. You'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through adoption, operational maturity, and alignment with their business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Professional Services Consultant or Technical Account Manager
- Proven track record of success and strong presentation skills at executive and architect levels
- Solid knowledge of network security technologies such as Proxies, Next-Generation Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPNs, SSO, DLP, and Encryption Gateways
Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success Manager to define and execute success plans and business reviews
- Build strong relationships with customer champions and executives, guiding on Netskope best practices and architecture
- Coach customer teams to become self-sufficient through enablement sessions and configuration guidance
- Conduct tenant health checks, track adoption metrics, and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with Support and Engineering to resolve technical issues and ensure customer advocacy
