You'll assist in facilitating technical training for learners at Per Scholas, a nonprofit tech training organization, using a structured curriculum in a highly interactive, hands-on environment. You'll help manage learner performance, provide feedback, and implement individualized study plans to ensure success. This role supports entry to mid-level IT career changers in a mission-driven setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist Technical Instructor in conducting technical training
• Lead study groups using instructor evaluations
• Prepare tools for lectures and hands-on labs
• Enter learner attendance, grades, and scorecards in LMS

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of a Per Scholas Training Program
• Obtained all certifications offered in the training course
• Ability to teach in a highly interactive, hands-on style
• Excellent verbal communication skills
