You'll partner with hiring managers to build engineering teams at a fast-growing AI music startup. You'll shape recruiting processes and employer brand as we scale. This onsite NYC role offers the chance to revolutionize music creation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers on sourcing strategies for engineering, product, design roles
• Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate end-to-end process
• Develop creative recruitment strategies for diverse talent
• Represent Suno at networking events and conferences

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years technical recruiting experience
• Mix of agency and in-house experience
• Track record recruiting for engineering roles
• Strong passive candidate sourcing skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Mobile engineering recruiting experience
• Experience with Ashby ATS
• Passion for music
