💼 About This Role

You'll service and repair heavy commercial HVAC equipment for mission-critical infrastructure across renewable energy, telecom, and data centers. Your work ensures reliability of UPS systems, backup generators, and cooling systems for a leading asset management company. This role offers extensive travel, overtime opportunities, and a company vehicle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain heavy commercial HVAC equipment including chillers and Liebert systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC components and systems
• Conduct performance checks and maintenance on split systems up to 20 tons
• Respond to service calls including emergency call outs

📋 Requirements

• EPA Universal Certification (Level 2 or Universal) required
• 10+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance and repair experience
• High level of knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical/mechanical components
