You'll be on the front lines of growth for SMB and franchise segments, connecting with multi-location restaurant brands to uncover challenges and introduce better team management solutions. This role involves proactive outbound engagement through calls, email, and social selling to generate high-quality opportunities and scale one of the fastest-growing departments.
Requirements
- Experience in a quota-carrying outbound or BDR/SDR role
- Proven experience executing outbound outreach and building thoughtful, effective sequences to engage prospects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence, curiosity, and a consultative mindset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, results-driven environment

Responsibilities
- Proactively engage SMB, franchise and multi-location restaurant groups through outbound calls, email, social selling, and events
- Respond to inbound franchise inquiries and qualify opportunities for the AE team
- Book high-quality meetings that convert into revenue
- Own and manage your pipeline in Salesforce, prioritizing daily actions that drive results
- Confidently communicate the value of 7shifts and how we solve real restaurant challenges
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls using a targeted, consultative approach
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals and opportunity quotas
- Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to optimize outreach strategies
- Stay informed on restaurant technology trends and the competitive landscape
- Identify process gaps and share feedback to help improve the Franchise sales motion
- Represent 7shifts at industry events, trade shows, and hospitality conferences (travel as needed)
