💼 About This Role

You'll own operating expenses and general accounting end-to-end, leading the monthly close for non-revenue areas across multiple entities. You will build scalable systems and processes that drive accuracy and efficiency. This role offers high ownership and the chance to shape financial operations at a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own monthly close and financial statement preparation across multiple entities.
• Manage non-revenue accounting areas including operating expenses and accruals.
• Perform flux and variance analysis to identify trends or anomalies.
• Drive improvements to accounting processes, systems, and controls.
• Lead and develop a team of 3 accountants.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience owning monthly close in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Track record of improving accounting processes and controls.
