You'll join a fast-growing fintech scale-up launching in North America, targeting CFOs and CEOs of SMBs and mid-market companies. Your core impact is generating revenue by prospecting and qualifying leads for a cash management solution. This role offers a founding member opportunity with uncapped commissions and a clear path to closing roles.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect key decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct qualification calls using the SPICED method.
  • Build relationships and manage pipeline from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with Account Executive for strategic meetings.

📋 Requirements

  • Prior sales experience as an SDR in B2B SaaS.
  • Comfortable with cold calling as a core strategy.
  • Strong communication skills with C-level executives.
  • Hunter mentality and result-oriented approach.

  • Experience with cash flow or financial software.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM.
