Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on paid social execution experience, ideally B2B/enterprise.
- Advanced platform expertise in LinkedIn and Meta Campaign Manager.
- Strong knowledge of B2B measurement and optimization.
- High degree of ownership and consistency in budget/pacing management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and QA instincts.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, optimize, and maintain paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta).
- Execute day-to-day campaign management with enterprise-level rigor (trafficking, QA, budget management, conversion tracking).
- Activate campaigns against defined audience, creative, and testing frameworks.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Produce clear reporting connecting metrics to insights and recommendations.
