You'll own system requirements and architecture for high-tech directed energy systems, acting as the key interface with customers. You'll spearhead complete V-cycle artifacts and drive design choices through trade studies, reporting directly to leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own system requirements for a product, including decomposition to subsystems
• Act as key interface with customers to ensure requirements are met
• Develop interface control documentation for hardware/software/firmware subsystems
• Spearhead V-cycle artifacts from requirements to validation

📋 Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field
• 8+ years industry experience spanning entire product lifecycle
• Experience with Systems Engineering tools (JAMA, Polarion, DOORS)
• Experience with MBSE (SparxEA, Capella)

✨ Nice to Have

• Python development or other object-oriented languages
• Git/GitHub version control experience
• Ability to lead cross-functional efforts to resolve issues
