• Lead front and back of house operations

• Manage P&L including labour and inventory
• Roll out new initiatives and drive adoption

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years leading operations in high-growth hospitality
• Experience in high-volume environments
• Proven ability to build and lead a team from scratch
• Strong P&L understanding including labour planning
