πΌ About This Role
You'll serve as a key partner to national account teams, supporting large clients across a diverse portfolio of employee benefits products including Absence, Disability, Life, and Supplemental Insurance. Your core impact involves resolving issues, improving processes, and providing strategic support throughout the client lifecycle to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
π― What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with policyholders, brokers, and internal teams.
- Research and resolve claims, billing, coverage, and enrollment inquiries.
- Prepare reports on claims activity, utilization, billing, and account performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to improve plans and resolve inconsistencies.
π Requirements
- 4β5 years of experience in group insurance administration or account management.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits products including Disability, Life, and Absence.
- Proven ability to build effective business relationships and deliver high-quality service.
- Experience with Selerix/Ready Enroll, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.
