π― What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor Client Service Associates to complete daily tasks accurately.
- Oversee processing of outgoing shipments and large-scale bulk mailings.
- Manage print queue for reprographics requests ensuring quality and delivery.
- Supervise inventory records and formalize reordering process for supplies.
π Requirements
- 3-5 years of leadership or team management experience
- Experience in inventory management, print production, or mailroom operations
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word for data tracking and document prep
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout the day
