You'll provide customer support across calls, chats, and emails for a global eCommerce platform, assisting with billing, technical issues, and navigation. You'll also help prevent fraud and improve platform performance by reporting bugs and user feedback.

- Respond to inquiries via calls, chats, and emails
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues
- Review creator applications for compliance
- Monitor transactions to prevent fraud
๐ Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with computers and web tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- High attention to detail for reviewing user information
