You'll provide customer support across calls, chats, and emails for a global eCommerce platform, assisting with billing, technical issues, and navigation. You'll also help prevent fraud and improve platform performance by reporting bugs and user feedback.

  • Respond to inquiries via calls, chats, and emails
  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues
  • Review creator applications for compliance
  • Monitor transactions to prevent fraud

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with computers and web tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • High attention to detail for reviewing user information
