Description

You will process high-volume invoices in multiple currencies, support weekly payment runs, maintain vendor records, and assist with month-end closing and AP forecasting. You'll also help improve processes and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration
• Based in Mexico
• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• ERP systems experience, NetSuite preferred

Responsibilities

• Process high volume invoices accurately, timely, and efficiently
• Handle invoices in multi-currency from domestic and international vendors
• Assist with weekly payment runs
• Support month-end closing including AP aging and accruals
• Maintain and perform AP SOX and operational controls
