Description

You will run the operational engine behind our global partner ecosystem, ensuring partners are supported and data is precise. You'll manage payout structures, build dashboards for executive strategy, and directly enable scalability of global partnership programs.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in partner programs, program coordination, or sales/marketing operations
• Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Ability to work independently across time zones in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to organize complex data sets and communicate findings clearly
• Native-level or professional fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Manage daily program execution, tracking and reporting partner activities
• Oversee commissions, invoice approvals, and partner payouts
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance updates to leadership and regional stakeholders
• Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product for partner alignment
