You'll build and run the Socure Intelligence Community, a curated network of fraud and identity leaders. Your core impact is growing the network, shaping the member experience, and turning conversations into actionable insights. This role offers ownership of the community strategy and direct work with senior leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and recruit qualified community members.
• Design and run in-person and virtual engagement sessions.
• Synthesize member discussions into actionable insights.
• Own the community platform, communications, and daily operations.
• Share insights across marketing, sales, product, and strategy teams.

📋 Requirements

• Experience building or scaling communities, executive programs, or high-touch customer experiences.
• 5–8 years in community, events, or customer-facing roles.
• Proactive and resourceful with a bias toward action.
• Confident communicator comfortable engaging senior leaders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or fraud and risk.
• Curious and energetic with strong networking skills.
