💼 About This Role

You'll join Replit to turn user behavior into actionable insights that shape product strategy and drive growth. You'll design and analyze product experiments, own analytics for core areas like activation and retention, and build predictive models to forecast user behavior. This role directly impacts product roadmap decisions across self-serve and enterprise segments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and analyze product experiments with rigorous statistical methodology.
• Own analytics for growth, feature adoption, and product quality.
• Build analytical foundation for enterprise business metrics.
• Develop predictive models for user retention, conversion, and expansion.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Statistics, Math, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of data science experience in product analytics or growth.
• Strong SQL skills with large event-level datasets and dbt.
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a PLG company with freemium or usage-based pricing.
• Experience with modern data stack (dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.).
• Experience with causal inference methods (diff-in-diff, synthetic control, etc.).
