Description

Provide remote school social work services to K-12 students, including direct counseling, assessments, and intervention planning. Collaborate with clinical teams to support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and student success.

Requirements

• Licensed clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
• Valid state license to work in a K-12 school
• Minimum 1 year full-time on-site school social work (excluding internships)
• Proficiency in National SSW Practice Model domains and MTSS frameworks
• Availability during traditional school hours (8:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday), minimum 15 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect social work services to children
• Collaborate with clinical team to create tailored treatment or IEPs with social work-specific goals
• Provide insights on cultural, familial, and societal factors affecting student behavior
• Develop positive behavioral intervention strategies and conduct mental health assessments
• Facilitate parental support and help with school adjustment
